King Abdulaziz University hosted a workshop titled “Enhancing Institutional
Compliance and Discipline in the University Work Environment” on February 10,
2026, with the participation of college deans, general administrators, center directors,
and department heads.
The event was organized in collaboration with the General Administration of Internal
Audit, the General Administration of Institutional Governance, and the General
Administration of Human Resources.
The workshop explored key strategies to strengthen professionalism, reinforce
compliance practices, and cultivate a governance-driven culture within the academic
workplace. Topics included mechanisms for evaluating compliance effectiveness,
ensuring proper implementation of institutional procedures, and promoting ethical
responsibility across university operations.
